Putting our leftover paints to good use to make a birthday card using cotton bud painting.

What you need:
- we used leftover acrylic paints from our nail salon activity
- cotton bud for each colour
- birthday card template- I just drew out some balloons in black marker on white card
How it works:
It is always fun to give your little one a new utensil to paint with. My son enjoyed using the cotton buds and acrylic paints to decorate this balloon birthday card for his friend. The cotton bud actually made it much easier for him to paint the circular shapes. Always nice to get little ones involved in making cards.
