Boo Build Bags - Non-Candy Halloween Treat Idea for Kids

Hoping to spread some fangtastic creativity this Halloween and avoid adding to the inevitable sugar over-dose? How about making some spooktacular 'Boo Build Bags' with Plus Plus!

We were kindly gifted the Plus Plus used in this post. All opinions and images are our own and completely genuine.

It's safe to say that there is rather a lot of candy being consumed towards the end of October. This year I wanted to think of a fun non-candy treat which my kids could share with their friends. I came across a new product by Plus Plus and knew that it was perfect. They are now offering customers the option to customize their own 300 piece tube with their Make-a-Mix tube! You get to choose up to 6 colors from their list of 25 options. Of course I opted for the spookiest combination possible with neon green, neon orange, glow in the dark, basic black, basic purple and basic red.

I got three tubes of this awesome color combination and purchased the most perfect little ghost bags from Walmart to present them in.

In each bag I put 7 Plus Plus of each color, totaling 42 pieces. That might not seem like much, but it can actually be really fun to see what kids create with so few pieces to build with!

My toddler was more than happy to help me sort the Plus Plus into color piles!

She also tested out the building options, making little monsters and pumpkins.

I'm really excited for my kids to give these to their friends. I think they are a great little treat bag filler which will be played with for hours. One of our favorite ways to use Plus Plus is to take them for on-the-go play and these Boo Build Bags are just the right size for that!
