A cute little pumpkin craft using our favorite mess free paint sticks, Kwik Stix.

What you need:
- wooden pumpkin decorations from Target ($1 each)
- Kwik Stix Metalix Colors
- tape

Preparation:
Using the tape, create your child's first name initial on the wooden pumpkin. Alternatively, you can always use the tape to create a tape resist pattern on the pumpkin.

How it works:
Let your kids have a blast painting their wooden pumpkin with the Kwik Stix. Encourage them to use a variety of colors, and fill their pumpkin with markings.

Kwik Stix work perfectly for this project as they are effective on wooden surfaces. They glide soothly over the wood, and leave bold markings. It's also a huge advantage that the paint dries within 90 seconds!

Once your kids have finished decorating the pumpkin, peel off the tape to reveal their initial. My son thought this was pretty cool!

These cute little pumpkin decorations are now proudly on display on the mantle piece, and will be cherished for years to come.
